Our mission is to delivery quality, timely, affordable on-site support with 100% satisfaction.  We will take our time to make sure you understand what is wrong with your computer and how we will fix it.  We will help you prevent future problems.
We want to teach our customers the fundamentals about their computer so they can maximize the use and enjoyment of technology.  For this reason we offer 1x1 training ranging from basic PC orientation to specific business functionality.

Owner history
Jason Goforth attended Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Va.  Studying Information Sytems.  Jason has spent 10 years post school with Fortune 500 companies such as Infi Net, Verizon DSL, and Dell Computers.   It was through his experience in these jobs where he recognized a hole in the industry.  He didn't feel customers were treated as well as they should be.  He feels that the "Customer's Alway Right" mentality was lost in the haze of techno talk.   We want our customer to fully understand the technology they are investing in and understand all the tools available to them.  Jason started this company in 2007 to fill this hole and provide simple cost effective solutions to all our customers.
