We will take preventative measures to ensure all our customers maintain data integrity. This simply means we will teach all of our customers how to take the steps to back-up and restore their PC and minimize personal data loss. We offer several support services ranging from HDTV installation, software upgrades, network setup, 1-on-1 training, wireless installation and security.
Flat Rate Diagnostic
For on site diagnostic we charge $45.00(up to 1 hour). Most PC issues are diagnosed and remedied within this diagnostic timeframe.
This will include travel up to 15 miles in one direction.
